1. Who we are

BlitzSpirit System Co. sells apparel and equipment through this website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through the checkout methods offered at the time of purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Delivery

UK orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days. International shipping times and duties are calculated at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Contact us before sending anything back.

5. Product accuracy

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed garments. Minor variation is a feature of screen printing, not a fault.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
